If you are dissatisfied with our service, you are free to cancel within 14 days of your purchase, under the following terms:
- We will refund your remaining balance IN FULL.
- There is no cancelation fee and no penalties for canceling within 14 days.
- For those who purchased a device from us - you can either keep it, or mail it to us for a full refund of the purchase price.

Penalties:
- There is a $15 administrative charge if your cancelation is due to a fault of your own (for example failing to read our terms for a given service before purchasing it).
- We will not refund your monthly fees or phone number orders under any circumstances. We will only refund the balance remaining in your account.
- If, to the best of our discretion, we determine abuse - this guarantee is null and void. In such a case no refund shall be given.
- For device owners - you must return the device in the condition you received it. Any damage to the device will incur fees up to actual purchase price.
- For device owners - we will refund your purchase price in full, but we will not refund shipping.
