The different routes represent different quality levels:

Grey route: our most competitive, and most popular route. Cheapest prices and usually good quality, but some destinations may not work well. Problems like false answers, one-side audio, low volume, etc. can happen to some destinations. Please understand that these issues are not on our side and we cannot fix them. The phone company on the other end of the line is having problems - not us. If you're having problems with a specific number - please use the white or premium route to call it. While we will do our best to fix reported issues - we are limited in what we can do to fix it.

White route: better quality, at slightly higher cost. Overall we highly recommend this route as it is the perfect balance between price and quality.

Premium route: the best possible quality we can get - at a higher price. Usually the price difference is not much from the white route, and sometimes even the same - but quality is better.

We understand that there is nothing more frustrating then trying to call a number, and not getting through. This is exactly why we introduced per-call routing. If you fail to reach a number with the grey route - please don't wait for us to fix it. Instead, please use the white route for that specific number. You can choose your route per-call by dialing:

Grey route: 02+international number (example: 02-44-2031234567 for UK)

White route: 03+international number (example: 03-44-2031234567 for UK)

Premium route: 04+international number (example: 04-44-2031234567 for UK)

If you simply dial the number in international format (44-2031234567, 011-44-2031234567, or 00-44-2031234567) you will be routed according to the plan you chose when you signed up. (Pay-as-you-go is GREY, PAYG White is white)
