Do you offer phone support? How can I get support?
No, we apologize, but while in Beta our entire staff is dedicated to fixing bugs and improving service, therefore we cannot offer phone support at this point. Once we roll into production however, we do plan on hiring more tech support personnel, and offering phone support too.

Please register with your Customer Interface User ID to open and view bugs. We will soon automate this process so your Bug Tracker account will get created when you sign up for an account with us.
Please also feel free to contact us via the email or URL above with any request or question you may have. We promise we will consider anything and do our best to accommodate where technically possible.
