Future Nine Corporation FAQ

To configure Siphon with Future Nine please use the following settings:

Username: your 8-digit Future Nine username. (see SIP INFO link inside web console!)

Password: Your 10-character Future Nine SIP password (this is NOT the same as your web console password!)

Server: outgoing.future-nine.com (or incoming.future-nine.com if you have a phone number with us)

Reg Timeout: 180

Proxy Server: leave blank

Enable NAT: leave off initially. If you experience any problems - try to turn it on.

Auth Username: your 8-digit Future Nine username. (see SIP INFO link inside web console!)

Contact: leave blank

STUN Server: Not normally needed - but if you need to set it please use stun.future-nine.com

Please leave all other settings at their default unless you're sure changing them is needed.
