What is a working dialplan with your service?

The recommended dial plan for North America users with Future Nine is:

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

It will allow for 10-digit, 11-digit, and 7-digit dialing (7-digit is based on your Caller ID with us)

For a general explanation of how a dial plan works, here is another example:

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|<:1212>[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|<:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

*xx = allow star codes (*67, *81, etc.)

[3469]11 = allow 311, 411, 611, 911 (but note some of these do not work with our service!)

<:1212>[2-9]xxxxxx = allow 7-digit dialing in the 212 area code. Replace with your own area code!!!

1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 = normal 1 + 10 digit North America numbers. S0 means no delay.

<:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 = allow 10 digit dialing for North America numbers. S0 = no delay.

xxxxxxxxxxxx. = any long number... international numbers basically.

Please note that we recommend not using <:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx with Future Nine.

There is a whole lot more you could do with the dialplan, but this is a basic setup which is guaranteed to work with Future Nine service.
