In the VOIP->Telephony screen:

Disable VAD.

In the VOIP->User Agent screen:

Phone Number: <your 8-digit Future Nine username> (NOT 6-digit login number!)

Display Name: <your name>

User Agent Port: 5060

Authentication Username: <your 8-digit Future Nine username> (NOT 6-digit login number!)

Password: <password you were assigned when creating your account>

Server FQDN: Enabled

Domain Name: outgoing.future-nine.com (if outgoing only) or incoming.future-nine.com (if both ways)

Port: 5060

Outbound Proxy State: Disabled

Use DNS-SRV: Disabled
