After you click on Voice, Click on Line 1 change these settings:

Proxy: outgoing.future-nine.com (if outgoing only) or incoming.future-nine.com (if both ways)

Display Name: Your name

User ID: Your Future Nine 8-digit account number

Password: Your password

Set the Preferred Codec to G711u

NAT Mapping Enable: Yes

NAT Keep Alive Enable: Yes

NAT Keep Alive Message: $NOTIFY

NAT Keep Alive Dest: $PROXY
