Future Nine Corporation FAQ

Please use the following settings for X Lite:

Under the Account tab:

Display Name: your name

User name: your 8-digit account number

Password: your 10-character password

Authorization user name: leave blank

Domain: outgoing.future-nine.com (if outgoing only) or incoming.future-nine.com (if both ways)

Register with domain and receive incoming calls: only if you want to receive INCOMING calls.

Send outbound via: target domain 

Domain: 64.251.23.246:80

If it still doesn't work with that, you cannot use a softphone with our service.

You can still use WEB CALLBACK or ANI CALLBACK though. Give web callback a try from the web console.
