Yes, you can!

In the IPKall Update Account menu, set the following options:

Account type: SIP

SIP Phone Number: <your future nine 6-digit login number>

SIP Proxy: incoming.future-nine.com

(make sure your adapter or software is also set to the same SIP proxy!)

For those of you who don't know what IPKall is - they are a Washington state based CLEC. You can register with them and receive a free Washington state phone number. You are free to forward it to your account if you wish to do so. Voicemail will work with these numbers however features like calling your own number to retrieve voicemail or call forwarding will not work.

Please note we do not guarantee tech support for IpKall numbers. If you ask nicely we will help - but keep in mind that we prioritize support cases based on customer type:

1. America Free

2. Bare Essentials

3. Pay-As-You-Go with a phone number bought from us

4. Pay-As-You-Go outgoing only

5. Free services such as SIP incoming and IpKall incoming

Please understand that this is not because we don't want you to use it - on the contrary - it is just that we cannot provide the same level of support for a product you're not paying for. We'd rather tell you we can't support it than have you complain about poor support later on! again- if you ask nicely we will help - but please understand that such support cases may take much longer than regular cases.
