I have an Innomedia MTA-6328-2 SunRocket Gizmo - how can I set it up?
Following are successful settings for MTA-6328-2Re with Future-Nine:
1) Log into your device either by 192.168.1.xxx/Voice_adminPage.htm (if behind router/plugged and plugged into WAN port), or 192.168.251/Voice_adminPage.htm (in front of router and plugged into LAN port)
2) Click on VOIP --> SIP Proxy
SIP Proxy: outgoing.future-nine.com (if outgoing only) or incoming.future-nine.com (if both ways)
Port: 5060 (if line 1); 5061 (if line 2)
Use Outbound Proxy: UNCHECKED
SIP Domain: BLANK
Registration Expiration Time (sec.): 60
Hit Save
3) Go to USER ACCOUNT
UserID: Your 8 Digit Future-nine account
Password: Your Password
Use Hot Phone Number: NO
*** All the rest BLANK ***
Save
4) Go to IP NETWORK --> PROVISIONING SETTING
UNCHECK "ENABLE PROVISIONING"
Hit "Save and Reboot"
NOTE: After reboot, your VOIP light on the device will light up, also you can go to "INFORMATION, REGISTRATION STATUS", and if everything was done correcting, LINE1 (or line 2 depends what you used) will say REGISTERED and will be in green.
